    MARCH 26th, 2020

According to government guideline for hospitality places, we will not be able to get our site open until April 15, 2020.

If you already make a booking starting before this date, do not worry. In compliance with ruling n°2020-315 of 25 March 2020, we are therefore going to have to cancel your bookings and will shortly be refunding you the money you’ve paid in the form of a credit note which can be used for a future stay on one of the Huttopia Group sites of your choice (CityKamps and Huttopia villages or campsites). Please don’t contact us by phone—you will be sent an email voucher very soon detailing all the procedures for booking your next stay.

Regarding each stay starting after 15/04, we carefully follow updates from government and invite you to check our website for updates.
